By accessing, browsing, or using this website or any related services including contact center services (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions or Terms. The Platform is owned and operated by Skytripfare LLC, a registered entity based at 9327 Gotha Rd, Windermere, FL 34786 USA.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, or any other terms linked with your travel booking confirmation or post-ticketing services, establish the legal framework governing your use of our Platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform. The term “Platform” encompasses all its content, functionality, travel booking services including the contact center services. Continued use of the Platform, despite any disagreement, shall be deemed as your express and voluntary acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This Platform is provided solely to assist users (also referred to as “you” or “customer”) in gathering travel-related information, checking the availability of travel services, products, and ancillaries—including but not limited to air transportation and car rentals offered by third-party travel suppliers such as airlines and car rental companies—making new travel reservations, purchasing travel ancillaries, or managing existing bookings, including changes, cancellations, or refund requests. The Platform and its services shall not be used for any other purpose beyond those expressly permitted herein.
1. However, Skytripfare makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of such information for any particular purpose. Skytripfare shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience of any nature arising from your reliance on such third-party information.
2. Skytripfare acts solely as an intermediary and not as a principal or provider of travel services. Our role is limited to facilitating travel arrangements—such as flights and car rentals—on your behalf, ensuring convenience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
3. The total booking price displayed on the Platform includes the base fare, applicable taxes, supplier-imposed service fees, and Skytripfare’s Agency Service Fee, which covers administrative and booking facilitation costs.
4. The total amount displayed at the time of booking may not include additional charges imposed directly by the travel supplier. These may include, but are not limited to, baggage fees charged by airlines for items exceeding standard allowances, drop-off or insurance fees charged by car rental agencies, or any optional add-ons selected during check-in. You are solely responsible for payment of such additional charges directly to the respective travel supplier. For clarification regarding these charges, you are advised to contact the relevant supplier directly prior to travel.
5. By proceeding with a booking through Skytripfare, you expressly authorize Skytripfare LLC and its affiliated entities to act as your agent in securing reservations or entering into contracts with selected travel suppliers, including airlines and car rental companies. Such authorization extends to the total amount displayed at checkout, covering all applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to both the travel supplier’s and Skytripfare’s services.
1. Telephone and Online Reservations
Bookings may be made either through our online platform or via our dedicated call center. When making a booking by telephone, you may be required to provide essential details, including but not limited to personal identification and payment information, as per the airline’s booking and verification requirements. All passenger names and address details must exactly match the information contained in the valid passport or government-issued photo identification of each traveler.
2. Accuracy of Information and Payment Authorization
Skytripfare relies on the accuracy of the information provided by you during the booking process and assumes that all data is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. No name corrections or alterations will be permitted once the booking is processed, except as allowed under the applicable airline or travel supplier’s fare rules.
You affirm that all payments are made using your own credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other approved payment accounts. If you are not the payment account holder, you must have proper authorization from the original cardholder or account owner. Upon confirmation of your booking, Skytripfare will charge the total amount to the designated payment method and issue a confirmation invoice via email.
It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to Skytripfare on the same day of issuance.
If a variation in airfare, car rental rate, or supplier pricing occurs after your payment details have been submitted but before the booking is finalized, the revised real-time rates shall apply. The updated amount will be charged to your payment method, and you will be notified via email of any such change.
Skytripfare is committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of customer data. We implement reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal and financial information. However, no transmission of data over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

Skytripfare will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable data protection and cybersecurity laws.
1. Eligibility for Price Match
Skytripfare offers a Price Match Guarantee for flight bookings. If, within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing a flight scheduled to depart at least seven (7) days from the booking date, you find the same itinerary available at a lower price on a major U.S.-based online travel agency (“OTA”), Skytripfare will refund the fare difference.
To claim the refund, you must submit verifiable proof of the identical itinerary available at a lower fare within the qualifying period. If you prefer not to keep the booking, you may request a full refund instead.
2. Definition of “Same Itinerary”
The term “same itinerary” refers to an identical match in all aspects—airline(s), flight number(s), travel date(s), itinerary sequence, number of passengers, seat type, and cabin class.
3. Definition of “Major OTA Competitor”
“Major OTA Competitor” includes the U.S. English-language websites of CheapOair, Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and Travelocity.com.
4. Exclusions
This policy excludes fares offered through membership-only sites, corporate or group discounts, rewards or incentive programs, consolidator or tour operator fares, and promotional coupon-based fares not available to the general public.
Military, student, government, bulk, “Web Only,” “opaque,” or auction-based fares are also ineligible. Fare errors are not covered under this policy.
Skytripfare may issue promotional codes or discount coupons as part of marketing campaigns or customer loyalty programs. Each promo code is subject to its own terms and expiration date, as displayed on the promotion page or accompanying materials.
1. The maximum discount redeemable through promo codes shall not exceed the value of Skytripfare’s service fees.
2. Promo codes are non-transferable, hold no monetary value, and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged.
3. A valid promo code must be entered at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied after purchase.
4. In the event of technical issues preventing code application, you may opt not to proceed with the purchase; however, no post-purchase credits will be issued.
5. Skytripfare reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
6. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
7. Transactions with incorrect or invalid promo code applications may be declined even after preliminary booking confirmation.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Skytripfare accepts major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. A 5% surcharge applies to all PayPal transactions.
If you suspect that your card or account has been overcharged, contact our customer support team at 1-844-800-6855. Please note that fares are guaranteed only upon ticket issuance, not at the time of payment submission.
2. Multi-Card Transactions
Customers may choose to pay using multiple cards or accounts. Such transactions will incur an additional fee of 4% on the total booking cost. See our Payment Acceptance Policy for further details.
Skytripfare adheres to ethical payment practices consistent with banking regulations, card network standards, and airline policies. Payment authorization is contingent upon verification of a valid billing address linked to the card or digital payment account.
All fares remain subject to final ticketing by the travel supplier. Authorization holds may be placed on your card prior to confirmation. If a booking fails to confirm, the amount will not be charged, and Skytripfare will request a release of the hold from your bank.
If your payment is declined, you will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours. Submission of card details does not guarantee ticket issuance.
Skytripfare assumes no liability for declined or failed transactions resulting from insufficient funds, fare changes, or airline denial of booking. In such cases, alternate options will be provided. You also have the choice to decline the options or cancel your booking at no additional cost.
Once ticketed, all fares become non-refundable and non-cancelable, unless otherwise specified. Skytripfare actively reports fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities and reserves the right to retain payment evidence for verification, compliance, and training purposes.
An “Infant” is defined as a traveler under two (2) years of age for the entire duration of travel. Infants may travel on an accompanying adult’s lap, subject to applicable airline regulations. Certain airlines impose an infant fare—typically ten percent (10%) of the adult fare—plus applicable taxes and fees.
If an infant reaches the age of two (2) prior to or during any portion of travel, a separate child ticket must be purchased. Each adult passenger may accompany only one lap infant; additional infants require separate seats and tickets.
An “Unaccompanied Minor” refers to a traveler between five (5) and seventeen (17) years of age (the age criteria may vary a little by airline) traveling on a flight without a parent or guardian. Acceptance for travel is subject to the individual airline’s Unaccompanied Minor policy, which may include escort and supervision services for an additional fee.
Airlines may restrict unaccompanied minor travel to non-stop flights or decline carriage altogether. Customers must review the airline’s specific policies before booking.
For all international travel, it is your sole responsibility to obtain and maintain the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Skytripfare assumes no liability for denied boarding, entry refusal, or deportation resulting from non-compliance with immigration or documentation requirements.
Travelers are advised to consult the consulate or embassy of the destination country prior to departure.
Any alteration to an existing itinerary—including travel dates, destinations, or passenger details—is subject to the fare rules and conditions of the respective travel supplier. Most suppliers prohibit changes post-ticketing. Skytripfare assumes no liability for invalidated or void bookings resulting from customer-initiated or supplier-imposed modifications.
Most airfares are non-refundable unless explicitly permitted under the fare rules. Where cancellations are permitted, Skytripfare will assist in processing refunds or travel credits in coordination with the airline. All refunds or credits are subject to airline terms and validity periods.
Cancellations must be initiated by contacting Skytripfare’s customer support prior to the scheduled departure. Approval and processing of such requests are not guaranteed.
When rebooking using travel credit, if the new fare exceeds the available credit, you will pay the difference plus any applicable fees. If the new fare is lower, the remaining credit will be forfeited.
Check the key taxes and fees (exemptions may apply to selected travelers against certain fees/taxes) that might be applicable to your travel bookings.

Each airline establishes and enforces its own baggage allowance policies, which define the number, weight, and dimensions of checked and carry-on baggage permitted for carriage. Passengers traveling with excess or oversized baggage may be required to pay additional fees or may be denied carriage, subject to the airline’s discretion.
For customer convenience, Skytripfare provides a Baggage Fees reference page summarizing general baggage policies and related charges across major airlines. Although Skytripfare endeavors to keep this information current and accurate, it does not guarantee its completeness or real-time accuracy. Passengers are solely responsible for verifying the most recent baggage allowances and applicable fees directly with the operating airline prior to travel.
Airlines may impose specific cut-off times or procedural requirements for purchasing or adding baggage allowances. Customers are strongly encouraged to review these policies directly with the airline to avoid last-minute inconveniences or additional costs at the airport.
When an itinerary involves multiple airlines, passengers may be required to claim their baggage at connecting airports and recheck it with the next carrier to continue their journey. Each airline involved in the itinerary reserves the right to assess separate baggage fees, including for excess baggage.
As many carriers now charge for the first checked bag, travelers are advised to pack efficiently to minimize baggage-related expenses. To review current baggage fees by airline, visit the Baggage Fees section on our Platform.
From time to time, and subject to airline-specific policies, Skytripfare may offer customers the option to request ancillary services related to their flight reservations. Such optional services may include, but are not limited to, pre-assigned seating, additional baggage, in-flight amenities, or other value-added features.
All optional products and services are provided directly by the airline(s) and governed by their respective terms of carriage and conditions of use. Skytripfare serves solely as an intermediary and cannot guarantee the fulfillment or confirmation of any such requests.
Fees for these services are charged in addition to the base fare. Any Skytripfare service fees associated with the facilitation of these requests are strictly non-refundable once submitted.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the applicable restrictions and limitations before purchase. Skytripfare’s total liability, if any, arising from such optional service requests shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product. For any disputes regarding fulfillment or quality, travelers must contact the operating carrier directly.
All travel insurance plans purchased through or in connection with Skytripfare are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of the issuing insurance provider. Coverage inclusions, exclusions, and refund eligibility are determined solely by the insurer.
Skytripfare acts as a facilitator and does not control or influence the insurer’s decision-making process. However, we remain committed to assisting customers in coordinating with the insurance provider for claim or policy-related inquiries.
In alignment with consumer protection guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Skytripfare allows customers to cancel eligible bookings within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase without penalty. You receive a full refund to the original payment method.
To cancel, contact Skytripfare through our customer service portal, telephone line, or email within the 24-hour period.
This policy applies to tickets:
In rare cases where airfare fluctuates during payment processing, you will be promptly notified of the change before the booking is finalized. You may choose to accept or decline the revised fare.
Once the transaction is accepted and completed, Skytripfare’s Post-Payment Price Guarantee ensures that the confirmed fare will be honored, irrespective of subsequent price increases or market fluctuations.
Skytripfare facilitates customer requests for specific seats, meal preferences, frequent flyer mileage entries, and other special accommodations on a best-effort basis. These services are subject to a non-refundable service fee per request.
Please note that Skytripfare cannot guarantee that such requests will be fulfilled by the airline. Seat assignments, meal options, and frequent flyer accruals are at the discretion of the carrier. For real-time status or confirmation, we recommend contacting the airline directly.
Airlines independently manage their flight schedules and reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel flights due to various factors, including but not limited to:
Such events are entirely beyond the control of Skytripfare. Accordingly, Skytripfare disclaims any liability for flight cancellations, missed connections, or disruptions caused by airline schedule changes.
By using the Platform, you expressly agree to release Skytripfare and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:
It is the passenger’s obligation to reconfirm flight schedules directly with the operating airline.
For domestic flights, reconfirm at least 24 hours before departure.
For international flights (including Hawaii), reconfirm at least 72 hours prior.
Failure to verify flight details may result in missed departures, loss of ticket value, or significant travel delays. Skytripfare shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of reconfirmation.
Upgrades and standby requests are generally not permitted under discounted fare rules.
Discounted fares may not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accrual.
Seat requests are forwarded to airlines for consideration but are not guaranteed.
For passengers requiring special assistance (e.g., wheelchair or stretcher), please contact the airline directly.
Skytripfare reserves the right to refuse bookings to destinations prohibited under U.S. law.
Certain international airports (e.g., Mexico, the Caribbean, the U.K., Australia) impose local departure taxes payable directly at the airport. Such fees are not included in your ticket price.
A $28 administrative fee applies to travel receipt requests for bookings older than one (1) year.
To ensure accuracy, customers must review and confirm all itinerary details—including passenger names, travel dates, flight numbers, airlines, and routing—at the time of booking. For assistance, contact Skytripfare’s customer service. Retain a copy of your itinerary for future reference.
Federal law strictly prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft. Violations may result in imprisonment of up to five (5) years and fines exceeding $250,000 (49 U.S.C. §5124).
Examples of prohibited materials include explosives, flammable liquids or solids, compressed gases, poisons, oxidizers, corrosives, and radioactive substances (e.g., paint, lighter fluid, fireworks, oxygen cylinders).
Certain exceptions apply for small personal-use items such as toiletries (up to 70 ounces total) or smoking materials. For clarification, contact your airline representative.
If you detect any discrepancy in your booking, you must notify Skytripfare within four (4) hours of purchase completion.
For itineraries involving multiple airlines, passengers are responsible for understanding and complying with the individual terms of each carrier, which may differ in areas such as:
Carry printed copies of your outbound and return e-tickets to present upon request at check-in or immigration checkpoints. Failure to do so may result in boarding delays or denial.

1. General Refundability
Unless expressly permitted under the applicable fare rules, most airline tickets and Skytripfare agency service fees are non-refundable after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking. Travel protection insurance, if purchased, may be refundable within ten (10) days of purchase provided that travel has not commenced and you submit a cancellation request to our customer service team within that period.
2. Conditions Precedent to Any Refund
A refund (or, where applicable, a future travel credit) may be considered only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
The Cancellation and Refund Policy complements the terms.
3. No-Show Definition and Consequences
A no-show occurs when a passenger fails to check in or board a flight without timely cancellation under the fare rules. To reduce the risk of being marked as a no-show, arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to international departures and within the airline’s required check-in window for domestic flights. Consequences may include:
4. Best Practices to Avoid a No-Show
Cancel in advance: Submit a formal cancellation request before departure (some fares require at least 24 hours’ notice).
Contact us promptly: If you miss your flight for reasons beyond your control, call 1-844-800-6855 immediately for guidance.
5. Important Disclosures
A significant portion of tickets sold through Skytripfare are non-refundable; issuance of any refund or credit is governed solely by the airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures.
Processing times and methods of payment for refunds are set by the supplier. Skytripfare has no authority to expedite or alter supplier timelines.
Where a future credit is issued, rebooking is subject to availability, fare differences, airline-imposed penalties, and Skytripfare service fees. Any unused balance after rebooking, if not permitted by the supplier’s rules, is forfeited.
1. Scope of Assistance
Upon request, Skytripfare may assist in submitting special service or waiver requests to airlines (e.g., medical waivers, bereavement considerations, limited name-spelling corrections where permitted, schedule protection requests, or other discretionary accommodations). All such requests are strictly subject to each airline’s fare rules, policies, and internal approval processes.

2. Fees and Refundability
Skytripfare charges an agency service fee for preparing, documenting, and submitting waiver requests. This fee is earned upon service and non-refundable once the request has been submitted, except where the airline formally denies the request before any service or accommodation is rendered—in which case Skytripfare’s waiver-assistance fee may be refunded. Any fees charged by the airline are governed by the airline’s policy and are not controlled by Skytripfare.
3. No Guarantee
Submission of a waiver or special service request does not guarantee approval or fulfillment. Airlines retain sole discretion to grant, modify, or reject such requests. Skytripfare is not liable for an airline’s decision, processing time, or any resulting costs or damages.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, obituary notices, identity documents) as required by the airline. Failure to furnish adequate documentation may result in denial of the request without any obligation on Skytripfare to refund previously collected agency fees.
The following categories of travelers get exemption (partial or full) on any of our agency service fees as mentioned below.

1. Refund and Service Fee Policy
Most prepaid car rentals and associated Skytripfare service fees are non-refundable after twenty-four (24) hours of booking. A non-refundable agency service fee of up to USD $40 is added to each car rental reservation at the time of booking. Additional services—such as car rental insurance—if purchased, will incur extra charges. Changes, cancellations, or modifications are subject to additional fees imposed by both Skytripfare and/or the respective rental supplier.
2. One-Way Rentals
For “One-Way” rentals (where pickup and drop-off occur at different locations), the car rental company may assess an additional fee. This fee may be significantly higher if the return location is in a different state. Customers are advised to verify all surcharges or drop fees prior to confirming their booking.
3. Payment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for full payment of all rental charges—including applicable taxes, surcharges, fuel, tolls, damages, and penalty fees—at the time of vehicle return. The renter is also liable for any damage to the rental vehicle during the rental period unless otherwise covered under purchased insurance.
4. Eligibility and Documentation Requirements
Rental requests made by individuals who fail to meet the minimum age requirement will be denied, and such reservations may be canceled without refund. A valid driver’s license and major credit card (or another pre-approved payment method) are mandatory at the time of rental. For non-English driver’s licenses used in the United States, an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) may be required.
Additional taxes and service fees may apply at pick-up or drop-off and are determined solely by the rental supplier. Car rental reservations are strictly non-transferable.
For full-size van rentals, a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) may be required.
5. Optional Equipment and Insurance
Requests for optional items such as child safety seats, navigation devices, or other add-ons must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.
If you are not insured under a personal policy, it is strongly recommended that you purchase adequate car rental insurance coverage. You may be held financially responsible for any damage not documented prior to vehicle pickup.
6. Rental Periods and Mileage Rules
7. Car Rental Customer Verification
Local renters may be required to present a current utility bill (water, electricity, or cable; cell phone bills are not accepted) showing the same address as on their driver’s license.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to collect your vehicle at the confirmed pick-up location and time without prior notice constitutes a no-show. The supplier may cancel the reservation automatically, and all prepaid amounts may be forfeited per supplier policy.
9. Liability for Damages
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, its accessories, or components during the rental period, regardless of fault, unless otherwise covered by insurance or protection plans purchased. Additional rules of the car rental company may apply.
Driver Requirements
Other Restrictions: Some promotional rates may apply only when cars are picked up within 24 hours of the flight’s arrival time as shown on your airline ticket. Customers requiring an alternate pickup time must confirm directly with the rental agency.
If using a debit card, additional restrictions may apply. Some rental suppliers do not accept debit cards. Local residents may face further conditions. Providing false or misleading information may void the rental agreement and expose you to liability for damages.
All car images and vehicle visuals displayed within the Skytripfare car rental section are the property of their respective car rental companies and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
